Method of Preparation
Beat egg whites well until it is stiff but not dry. Fold them in the apricot apple butter. Whip the cream till it is stiff on adding the fruit sweet. Fold this whipped cream into the apricot mixture. Freeze and serve the delicious frozen apricot mousse.
