Mix the eggs, butter, apricot apple butter, pineapple and dried apricots until every thing is blended well. Sift the flour and baking soda together. Mix with the egg mixture in alternate with the fruit sweet. Mix well to get the batter smooth. Bake in a 9×12 greased and floured pan at 340 degrees for about 40 minutes or until it is done. Remove it from the oven. Cool completely. Flavor is usually better the next day. Tasty apricot pineapple cake is ready to serve.
