Beat egg whites until it forms foamy, add cream of tartar to it and continue beating until it is stiff but not dry. Add sugar substitute and flavouring. Beat until everything is well blended. Fold in cereal and coconut. Drop the mixture by teaspoonful into a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until it is lightly browned. Crispy smakeroon cookies are ready to taste. 1serving=1 fruit exchange(3 cookies). Yields about 24 cookies.
