Method of Preparation
Take a saucepan, add water and salt. Bring to a boil. Add oatmeal, apple, cinnamon and raisins to it. Stir well to blend all. Reduce flame and cook for 1 minute until water is evaporated. Serve hot with sugar substitute. Yummy apple cinnamon oatmeal is ready to taste. Yields about 3 servings. Amount-1/2 cup. Exchange: 1 bread and 1 fruit.
